A trip I took with friends and coworkers in 2023 to Lake Sorapis in Italy. I really love being around mountains and often think of retiring somewhere with a large range of them in constant view of whatever plot of land I decide to pass away inside peacefully (hopefully!). I won't lie tho, some of those cliffs we had to traverse were very VERY high up with absolutely nothing shielding you from falling hundreds of feet/meters to your quick and easy death lol But the views are worth it. The actual lake at the summit of our climb, on the other hand, was a bit underwhelming during the time of our hike. But I'd do it again in a heartbeat.
